From the bed you booked: the signed routes each camp town reaches

Your operator publishes a hotel and a week. The Consell publishes sixteen signed routes and a map. Neither has ever put the two together.

The 2027 field sleeps in seven towns. Between them those towns reach 13 of the Consell’s 16 signed cicloturisme routes by road. The other three are outside the ring of every town anybody is selling a week in — which is a fact about where the trade sleeps, not about the roads.

Every camp town, and what it reaches

All seven towns the field sleeps in, each reaching at least one signed route.

A town with no weeks against it is somebody’s second base: the camp that moves hotel mid-trip is counted once, at the town it starts in, so its weeks are not added here twice.

Alcúdia holds 20 of the season’s weeks, 56% of the field, and reaches five signed routes — fourth of seven. Ca'n Picafort, with four, reaches nine. The trade concentrated on the bay for the hotels and the airport transfer, and the signed network was drawn for neither; where those two facts disagree, this is the size of the disagreement.

The three routes the field cannot reach

Three of the 16 signed routes lie more than 30.0 km by road from every town the 2027 field sleeps in. A rider on a camp week can still ride them — with a car, or by making the transfer part of the day — but none is a ride that starts at the hotel door.

  • Fars de Migjorn 70% of it runs in Migjorn but it runs straight through s'Arenal de Llucmajor, which has beds
  • Llogarets del Pla de Mallorca 53% of it runs in Pla de Mallorca but it runs straight through s'Arenal de Llucmajor, which has beds
  • Serra de Tramuntana - Zona Central 2 its comarca shares are not measured — the published track could not be reconstructed but it runs straight through Sóller, which has beds

Three of the three sit inside the 30.0 km ring of a town with beds — so what the field cannot reach, the island can. That makes this a finding about where the camps are, which is what it says it is, and not one about the roads.

Sleeping where the routes are

The table above is about which door the riding starts at. If the town you want is not the town your camp uses, these are the same towns to look at directly.

How this page was built

How we got this A route runs through a town when the route’s waypoint and the town are the same OpenStreetMap node. Otherwise the reach is the shortest road distance from the camp town to a measured town on the route, taken from the base atlas’s existing table. Nothing on this page is measured for it.Held against the rule the route pages already use for the same word: all 24 route/town pairs this page calls “through” are also within 2,000 m of that route’s published track, arrived at a second way. 21 further pairs name a town that has no page here and could not be compared. A pair the two ways disagreed about would not be on this page.Computed from The Consell de Mallorca’s sixteen signed cicloturisme routes with their published waypoints; the 32 measured towns of the base atlas with their road-distance table; and the camp register’s towns.Computed 6 August 2026.

How the survey decides what counts as a camp, and what it does when a page changes, is on the methodology page .

Every camp, town, date and ride group was read from the operator’s own page on 4 September 2026, and is quoted from it.
