Where the shops actually are
14 of the 18 base towns on this site have no surveyed road-bike shop in them at all, and the 4 that do are Port de Pollença, Port d'Alcúdia, Platja de Muro and Ca'n Picafort. Every one of them sits inside a 19.0 km stretch of the north-east coast. If you are basing anywhere else on the island, delivery is not a convenience — it is the whole transaction.

The two terms where the distance is the price
Pro Cycling Mallorca delivers anywhere on the island and charges nothing inside 45 km of Port d'Alcúdia. Beyond that its page says other regions carry a surcharge, so the circle is a real boundary and the operator publishes no map of it.
By road, the furthest town inside it is Cala Millor at 43.3 km; the nearest town outside is Palma at 54.6 km. Nothing on the island falls between the two, so no base town is a borderline case.
Bike Island Mallorca prices delivery from its own door in Port de Pollença: a minimum charge, then a rate for each kilometre. It is the only operator on the island whose delivery bill you can estimate before you ask, and the column above is the number it runs on.
The one town Bike Island Mallorca will not deliver to is Port de Pollença — the town its own shop stands in. Staying there, you collect the bike yourself, which is a walk rather than a problem.
Before you book
- 5 operators promise to bring the bike and never mention a cost: Cycling Mallorca, Active Mallorca, 54eleven, Elite Sports Mallorca and Mallorca Bike Hire. Get the figure in writing with the booking.
- CCT Bike Rental and Bike Island Mallorca attach delivery to a rental of at least 3 days. A long weekend does not qualify.
- One operator publishes a week in which it suspends deliveries altogether, and it is the week of the Mallorca 312 — the week the island’s delivery demand peaks. Read the quotation below and plan the handover around it.
- Elite Sports Mallorca answers the cost question differently in its two languages: its German page states a fee per booking and its English page mentions none. Both are quoted below.

Booking the bike, and the bed the term depends on
Three of the eight terms depend on where you sleep — the circle, the zone list and the rate per kilometre — so the sensible order is bed first, bike second. If you are basing outside the bay, ask for the delivery figure before you commit to either.

Mallorca Cycling Center, Can Velo Mallorca and Berganti Bikes name a shop in Can Pastilla and Platja de Palma. Those towns have no road measurement on this site yet, so they appear in the terms table and not in the distance columns — a distance is only worth printing when it can be checked.
